Vegan Food Trends 2020

Vegan cuisine is more celebrated than ever with the prominent presence of vegans. But are there more in store for them in 2020? Here are some of the trends:

Eggs for Vegans

Some companies in this industry have food offers that aren't really eggs but can pass off as one by appearance, taste, and the way it can be prepared and cooked. Follow Your Heart and JUST are a prime example of these companies. Due to their innovation, you can now hard-boil, fry, or scramble vegan eggs more than ever before.

Foods Made of Beans

While some vegans do eat beans as a source of protein, bean-based food has been developed every day. Today, you can get a variety of products made of beans such as yogurt, eggs, noodles, and even burgers. Beyond Burger is popular for such a feat. So, while buying beans at the vegetable aisle, remember you really have more options.

Plant-Based Chicken

While other meat alternatives use a mixture of wheat and soy in their composition to imitate the texture of meat, chicken for vegans don't really have a close resemblance to animal meat. Dut to this tofu or mushrooms is used instead. There are many companies out there with available offers, though the famous KFC was said to have been researching the idea.

French Food

Due to the rising popularity of vegan food, even the French are catching on with it with some of their cuisines. Brooklyn's Sans as well as other food establishments have put vegan foie gras on their menu. The French L.A. restaurant by Jean-Gorges has more vegan options, and Beverly Hill's Ladurée Bakery has the same situation as well.

Hopefully, vegans out there become inspired and enthusiastic about these delicious foods staying relevant and produced by brands. If you are yearning for more from the vegan lifestyle, remember that companies like Vegan Culinary Cruises are there for your vegan travel needs.
